We handle international sea freight shipping from our manufacturing base in China directly to East African ports (typically Mombasa or Dar es Salaam), followed by secure road transit to Kampala, Jinja, or other destination points in Uganda. All equipment is packed in heavy-duty export wooden cases to prevent damage during transport.
Can your machines handle local Ugandan packaging films?
Yes. Our machines are designed to run a wide range of laminated films, including PET/AL/PE, paper/PE, and biodegradable packaging films commonly sourced in East Africa. We can run film samples from your local supplier during factory acceptance testing (FAT) before shipment.
What is the warranty period on your equipment?
We provide a 1-year comprehensive warranty on all electrical and mechanical components. During this period, replacement parts for non-human-error failures are provided free of charge, supported by video guidance and remote diagnostic support.
